Cynda ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled — both when you sign up for early access on this website and when you use the Cynda Slack bot.


1. Data We Collect

We do not store the results of your BigQuery queries. Table content is fetched to answer your question and is not persisted on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share any of your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Access to the database is restricted to the Cynda service and its operators. We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

Temporary OAuth state tokens (used during the Google authorization flow) are automatically deleted after 10 minutes.
